Shipping within Australia

We ship via Express Post with a signature required upon delivery. A (AUD) $20.00 shipping charge will be added to your sale at the checkout. For items over $1,000.00, additional charges may apply for insurance purposes. The normal delivery time to metro postcodes is the next business day. If you are outside of the metro area, delivery may take an additional business day. If you do not receive your order in that time frame specified, please contact us.

International Shipping

We ship via Express Post International with a signature required upon delivery. A shipping cost of (AUD) $50.00 will be added to your sale at the checkout. For items over (AUD) $1,000.00 additional charges may apply for insurance purposes. Delivery time varies depending on your country but generally occurs within 3-7 business days. Tracking is also provided. If you do not receive your order in that time frame, please contact us via email.

Customs & Duties

Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as "dutiable merchandise". We are prohibited by law from marking an order as “gift” even if it is placed with that intention. You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and it is your responsibility to pay these duties to release your order from customs.

Shipping back to us

Please be aware that you are responsible for all insurance and shipping costs for items you return to us for cleaning, repair or replacement unless otherwise agreed to by Suzi Zutic Jewels. Please contact us first to confirm shipping details.

Production Times

Many of Suzi's pieces are handmade-to-order from her workshop in Melbourne. For pieces that are in stock, please see the 'ready to ship' section of the website or visit one of the stockists. Generally, an order will take between 3-6 weeks to complete (from confirmation of the order) depending on the complexity of the piece. However, please let us know if you require your order urgently as Suzi is happy to prioritise orders in special cases.
